Ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of operating systems, and network infrastructures.
Must have 2+ years work experience with Windows Server xxxx / xxxx environments.
Microsoft operating systems XP & 7, Active Directory & Domain architecture.
Must have practical understanding of networking - routing, subnets, UDP, IP, VLANs, & Remote Applications.
Carry out activities related to new installations, maintenance and upgrades, PC's and Servers.
Not Required, but Preferred:
Understanding of or experience supporting NextGen Environment, .NET application, & Web Servers
Understanding of or experience with backup software and recovery strategies.
Microsoft and Dell certifications are highly desirable.
Must Provide superior customer service skills, technical analysis, and resolution to complex customer support issues.
