Ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of operating systems, and network infrastructures.
Must have 2+ years work experience with Windows Server xxxx / xxxx environments.
Microsoft operating systems XP & 7, Active Directory, SBS, Domain architecture.
Must have practical understanding of networking - routing, switches, subnets, UDP, IP, VLANs, & Remote Applications, backup software and recovery strategies.
Carry out activities related to new installations, maintenance and upgrades, PC's and Servers.
Must Provide superior customer service skills, technical analysis, and resolution to complex customer support issues supporting multiple different database environments.
Candidate must provide own transportation.
Not Required, but Preferred:
Understanding of or experience supporting .NET application, Virtual Server Environments, VSphere, & Web Servers.
Microsoft and Dell certifications are highly desirable.
