Room for rent in single family home. I live in a good neighborhood with some really great neighbors and everyone gets along(no drama). No car?,No problem as I'm close to a busline and we have plenty of restaurants and shopping close by, and yes, a Walmart. We,re about 3 1/2 miles to McCarren airport and 5 miles from the Strip. UNLV is about a mile away.
Home has pool, W/D and all appliiances plus Direct TV. WiFi coming soon and will be included in rent.
Room is about 11x16 ft. and comes furnished with Queen bed, dresser and desk. Has double closets and has newer carpet plus fresh paint and wallpaper. I currently have one long term renter, but will not have more then three people living here, including myself. Would prefer a more mature person, but open to all others. Either men or women are ok.
MUST have verifiable source of income. Could be pay stubs, pensions, social security, etc, and some kind of ID like a drivers licence
Rent will be $425/ mo plus $200.00 security deposit,refundable when you leave.
