Description
The Dispatch team is responsible for ensuring the timely shipment of all orders on a daily basis, inventory replenishment to stock locations, monitoring of low products and notifying the relevant people as well as active involvement in cycle counting as and when requested.
 
Key to the role is good time management, attention to detail and cross functional team work and communication. Performance is monitored against company and departmental KPI?s. Proactively identifying areas for improvement to achieve these goals is actively encouraged.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
Cover Las Vegas dispatch daily work; ensuring the accurate picking and secure packaging of orders
Support Export dispatch when needed
Follow FIFO stock management principles at all times.
Maintain inventory replenishment into appropriate locations including any returns
Follow all procedures at all times within these roles
Check that all areas are organized, clean and tidy. 5S standards adhered to daily
Booking all collections on the PC and make sure carriers do not leave until the agreed times
Report any faults and errors immediately to your Supervisor
Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory in line with agreed schedule
Comply with corrective action and non-conformance investigation
Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement
Keep all processes up to date in the dispatch department in conjunction with the Dispatch Supervisor
Communication with all departments using the appropriate communication
Ensure good time keeping
Aid other departments when required
Complying and managing health & safety rules at all times

Working Hours
Working hours are from 08:00 to 4:30 Monday-Friday with a 30-minute lunch

Warehouse experience essential
Forklift certification essential (training provided if necessary)
